Criteria for proposing a conference

We warmly welcome all willing to organize the ISORECEA conference. If your institution wishes to organize the event, please, send a letter of intent to the General Secretary, Katarzyna Zielińska: katarzyna.zielinska (at) uj.edu.pl. Please, bear in mind that in order to organize the conference, you should meet the minimum criteria as stated below. The final decision as to where the conference will take place is made by the ISORECEA Executive Board.

According to the ISORECEA policy, the total amount of conference fees gathered before the conference goes to the organizer (diminished by costs of the bank transfer). However, from our experience, this usually does not cover the costs of the conference in full and the organizer needs to secure additional funding.

Please, bear in mind that all stages of the conference organization will need to be consulted with the ISORECEA Board on an on-going basis.

a. Minimum requirements:

- to propose possible dates for the conference. They should be in Spring (preferably April, Thursday-Saturday) of an even-numbered year;
